As I said Sanmina is a good Company, I would like to work for it again

Cons

Example: I was watching a young girl been abuse by Supervisor and I stand up for her, but I did not know I am putting myself in a treble, as a result I had to find a job and get out before get layoff.

good learning for few months. Then nightmare starts.

Cons

Very low motivation. No growth. Salary is lowest in industry. Management is irresponsible. Always wrong persons grows in the company. No training at all ever. Nepotism is rampant. higher mgt thinks just for there job only. No company view at all.
