      Don't Come Here for Career Advancement--only experience

      Pros

      Excellent way to gain experience. Peers are hardworking/willing to go the extra mile to achieve company goals and customer satisfaction.

      Cons

      There have been very little to no increases in compensation in 4 years. 401K matches have been suspended indefinitely. Upper management sees employees as "an expense" rather than an asset. Frequent "reductions in force" or layoffs. Very low morale company wide.

      OK for a job while in college.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Freedom to get the job done, no one will hassle you. Will let you have time off or even study for school.

      Cons

      Very boring. Nothing changes day to day. Most of the employees I worked with were complacent to skate by and do the minimum. Very demotivating.
