Pros
People are really nice even though it was difficult talking to many of them because they speak a different language
Cons
It took over a month to get a MINIMUM WAGE increase. This is the only increase I got after working here three years and even though it was a city ordinance they did not increase until February. Everyone who works here knows that you will not get a raise unless you're in a more "visible" position. Words right from my supervisor's mouth. Had enough and applied for a few jobs around the area cause I was struggling to make ends meet. Found a company paying $10 more per hour after two weeks of searching . It was only then they tried to offer me a "raise" to keep me. Also not a "secure" work place. There are layoffs every quarter. Will be surprised if they are still in the US in the next 15 years.
