      Pros

      Excellent benefits (particularly health & 401K matching). There are pockets of really wonderful people working here that go above and beyond to satisfy their customers (both internal and external) -- usually they're long-timers that have survived the many mergers and acquisitions over the years, but some newer people too. All in all still a very good corporation to work for.

      Cons

      It's a large corporation, incumbent with all the normal bureaucracy, red tape, and politics. Not unexpected, but still something to consider when evaluating a position. Mergers and acquisitions have taken their toll on the culture at this company. It's losing its character more and more as each executive comes in to put their stamp on the place.

      Pros

      Great products, amazing benefits, vacation and personal time, strong 401K match, medical, dental, vision, flexible benefits. Solid, professional reps and area management.

      Cons

      Huge disconnect between sales force and senior leadership, has had numerous new product launches and has botched them all. Poor planning, restructures every 18 months, changes sales territories too often. Focused too much on metrics and not enough on execution.

      Pros

      Great culture, many opportunities! My manager was wonderful. Always helping me to advance my career. From what I saw, most managers were the same.

      Cons

      My last year was actually 2008. At that time they were not very flexible on regarding working remotely, this is why I left. Otherwise, I would probably still be there.
