      Pros

      Great co-workers. Descent on-site food. Health plan is ok. Health Services group is convenient. Good 401k company match.

      Cons

      Senior management has no idea what is going on with employee moral. Poor execution of efficiency projects resulting in easily avoidable compliance issues. No convenient parking. Middle management are a bunch of "yes-man", won't speak up whey they know something is wrong for fear of being passed over for promotion. Low pay compared to other companies. Raises are a joke, if you get one. Are currently not filling vacated positions.

      Great benefits, best in industry. Nice open space concept, undergoing a lot of upgrades

      Cons

      Too much micromanagement, no delegation of authority at director level, no direction just expectation and if not done to expected way, get reprimanded. Culture differences, our way or the highway mentality. Too many confusing processes and systems.

      Bold approaches in Regulatory

      Pros

      I’ve worked at Sanofi for many years and the bold impetus and innovation I’m seeing lately is truly remarkable. In the Regulatory Affairs space, which is where I work, new ideas and technologies are being embraced and tested. A recent pilot on Artificial Intelligence for Regulatory decision-making using machine learning and Natural Language Processing is one such example. This groundbreaking pilot showcased what’s possible when different functions focus on a common goal using the latest new technologies. This is quite exciting and while challenges remain it is one way I see Sanofi striving to transform innovation into dynamic healthcare solutions.

      As with many large matrix companies getting the right alignment requires some effort
