Big company with slow bureaucracy. Salaries are below industry standards, and annual salary increases have been below inflation rates for many years. Top-level positions are created for specific people, there's no strategic thinking. This leads to a lot of confusion because there are many groups that seem to be doing the same work, but not exactly, and compete among each other for resources. Flashy ideas are given full support and budget while essential, but unglamorous, infrastructure work is neglected for years. Many people have left recently and keep leaving. Replacing top positions seems to be difficult resulting in recent hires being underqualified.
