      Pros

      There are great benefits at this company, paid time off is competitive, Christmas holiday week off and great insurance benefits. There is the ability to have work/life balance. Excellent maternity leave. Ability to work from home 4x a week. They definitely advocate for minorities and other groups which is very important.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy. It’s definitely important to have a mentor and keep connected to people in the department. The company’s culture is definitely changing.

      Pros

      Compensation is fairly good. Company is making a sincere effort to change for the better and modernize.

      Cons

      Deep cultural problems that lead to a poor work environment. Disorganized middle management that actively discourages employees from taking ownership of their work, leading to low performance and morale. Managers and directors are two-faced, praising the company with their managers, then openly calling the company a bad place to work in staff meetings.

      Pros

      Many people complain about the job. It's really not that bad honestly. If you are respectful, don't LOOK for drama and just a nice person who does your work, you'll be fine. The people who complain are the people who want to be lazy in my opinion. I never had any issues personally.
