Pros
The people I worked with were very helpful and had a lot of knowledge of the job. The manager of the Underwriting department and other underwriters were very approachable and knowledgeable. Everyone was very easy to work with.
Cons
Management did not to much of anything. Especially when it came time to show appreciation of he employees. That was few and far between. The pay could be much better, seeing as though the company isn't paperless yet, the systems were very slow and a pain to deal with everyday.
