Salary (as IT contract with US companies ....), location (BOSTON is beautiful), Good company for trainees or people with no more than 5 years of experience.
Cons
As the Data Center is in Mexico and the support laboratory or developers is in Spain everything es very, very, extra, plus complicated and %100 bureaucratic, don't forget that the owner are Spanish people. They are overly concerned with procedure at the expense of efficiency or common sense. The managers change everything at any time without any reason and they make pressure to employees to do these change at last moment (usually after 6 pm...) . The meetings time are rarely less than 2 or 3 hours and 2 o 3 times every day. If you are a IT engineer with more than 5 years, be careful..
