      Pros

      The company has great benefits. The managers are understanding. The job is fun. The dress code is relaxed.

      Cons

      In my experience, the managers play favorites. It is hard to get a deserved promotion or raise.

      Pros

      Work is challenging, projects move fast so you get to see your results, everyone is friendly and helpful. Office is in downtown, so lots of restaurants for lunch. DART station is close and that is a lot cheaper than driving.

      Cons

      Since the office is in downtown Dallas, if you live in the suburbs commutes can be long during rush hour

      Pros

      A small office environment. A number of people have long-term experience there and have been helpful.

      Cons

      Small office environment. No investment in people or the branch. There is a lack of staffing in key areas with no career path. If you are not from Spain you are at a disadvantage. Very bureaucratic and political. Lack of raises since 2008. None of the senior management are all imports that stay for a few years and go back to Madrid so they have no stake.
