Dumping of work who works well

branch closures targets now concealed as 'expectations' home insurance is the number 1 driven product work/life balance increase in expected customer appointments, previous around 5/6 appointments a day but now barely given time to breathe along side having to fufil other tasks such as bcls/precalls/aml/pod cover ect observations constantly during your appointments for 'coaching' which makes you feel as if you cannot do your job and customers pass comment that you are in training ect. makes you feel as if you arent trusted in your role. no progression opportunities, and if they do arise and you apply you can already guess who will get the role based on who is liked ect...
