Pros

There's plenty of opportunities due to multiple shifting priorities. However you will run into multiple roadblocks in getting anything accomplished. There are a lot of people TRYING to do the right thing and who take pride in their jobs.

Cons

Company is riddled with cover ups, willful blindness, and corruption. Your integrity will be challenged at this company. If you do not fall in line they will make your life miserable. The technology and infrastructure is reminiscent of 1980 and EVERYTHING in this company is performed manually. It is nearly impossible to complete daily tasks due to the slowness/lack of system availability.

Pros

The only pro about this place is that its a job.

Cons

Micromanaging nightmare! Management sends out an email (seen it with my own eyes) to all the managers to advise on the time you came in to work, when you leave your desk for breaks, when you return, where you went, who you talked to, and when you left for the day (that's not all). Its a backstabbing environment, so you cant even trust other employees because they will push you in front of a bus to save themselves (you tell on you too). Management hires people that are bottom kissers experience does not matter. New employees are paid a lot more than you and I mean a lot more. Its almost worth quitting and applying again. Management cant even do your job if they had to.
