      Santander fails in all perspectives

      Pros

      6% 401k match is the best but it does not kick in until you work for 6 months.

      Cons

      Crowded work place. Flattering emails everywhere with no sincere respect. No work-life balance at all, although recruiting said opposite.

      Pros

      The only good is that they pay a high Hourly rate compared to any other collection agency but the bonuses are very low.

      Cons

      Bad management, Horrible systems, slow networks, very dark moral, communication from upper management to entry level rep is horrible. None of their departments are on the same page with company policies and procedures. They just treat you badly unless your a manager and then your treated badly by your manager lol. Horrible Place to work.
