Pros

It's a job. PTO was generous.

Cons

Very bureaucratic. Not much investment in technology stack. MBA / Corporate finance types still rule the roost even as universities are shutting down MBA programs. Digital transformation has been stuck for years because of this. There was a lot of lip service about diversity, but islands exist that only hire specific races. H1-B program is highly likely being abused and possible that some of the teams that only hire from their home countries are guilty of the common practice of demanding a portion of the salary of subordinates be given to their managers or risk having your work permit yanked. Forget wasting your time trying to work with them if you're not an H1-B. Annual reviews require negotiation amongst managers to give out decent ratings for their team which are strictly rationed by HR. You could imagine how broken years of ratings are if the H1-B groups are gaming the system.

Pros

Loved my coworkers. Fun environment to work in. Good benefits

Cons

I worked there little over 2.5 years. In that time I had had 4 different managers because the previous ones up and left or let go. More than half of my coworkers that I started with also left. Projects are the same. I have had several different PMs as the leave mid way into the project. Attrition is out of control so knowledge transfer is hard to come by and you have to relearn what was left behind or find out the hard way when things blow up. Company does not seem to care about this. I have never worked in such a poorly managed and chaotic environment. Apply at your own risk. Just being completely honest here.

Pros

Decent pay with bonuses. Generous PTO.

Cons

Management is very unprofessional and lazy. They never want to help or do their job. No coaching available and the only communication you get is when you’re already being written up. Agents in other departments are allowed to be rude and make the job more difficult. Lack of training and a ton of misinformation.
