      Above average benefits (family leave is definitely a plus) Ability to telework Available parking at Dorchester location

      Cons

      What was promised by the recruiter does not match the reality (compensation, bonus potential, position responsibilities, and many others). Difficult to square promised changes by senior management with actual progress. No recourse to challenge leadership without significant exposure and risks to personal career viability. Compensation levels are generally lower than competitors

      Large company with competitive benefits, has attracted great employees from many respected companies but it ends there

      Cons

      Where do I start? Struggles to run efficiently and within US regulations. Great staff in the banks but home office senior management combats with Spain oversight that is not in tune with US ways and respect for employees or US regulations. This creates the kind of environment where "they eat their own young" is an apt description. Many workers that came from great companies but found no greatness become unhappy and paranoid. No respect for diversity or inclusion. No respect for life work balance.

      good incentives. thats just about it.

      Cons

      do NOT work here. place will suck your soul. it is a miserable place that treats you like garbage and make you feel easily replaceable. People are constantly getting fired or quitting. They also work you like a dog! every branch is always short staff
