      I honestly cannot think of anything that is good about this company.

      Cons

      Low morale, lack of leadership, low pay, and no work-life balance. This company needs a complete overhaul of leadership and the development of associates.

      Great workplace. I loved the benefits and opportunities. For me Santander is one of the best banks in the world

      Cons

      Micromanagement. I didn’t like to sell/offer bank products everyday for the same customer and also when the bank was empty we had to call the customers to offer products

      Pros

      - Never ending problems that need to be solved. - Some of the best people to work with across the world.

      Cons

      - Senior Management (not as bad as it used to be, but still not good) - The only thing constant is that nothing is constant. Maybe a plus for some but it's hard to get your team into a rhythm when process changes at the drop of a hat.
