Pros

Start with great paid time off and better than average benefits.

Cons

'Last in class' platforms, technology and tools for customers and employees. High turnover in management results in constant changes to culture and philosophy.

Pros

- Pays well for Dallas location - Work-life balance is good - Certain teams have constant departures of personnel, therefore, staying 1-2 years can make you a veteran

Cons

- Lots of unqualified folks in every senior level - Promotions are totally dependent on personal relationships with management - HR function pretty much doesn't exist or is a joke. HR personnel usually are gone after 6 months of work here - There is NO soft skills training for managers, so depending on how lucky you are, you may end up with a manager who is poorly trained and poorly skilled
