Pros

benefits are okay. Quarterly payouts are okay...if you get one.

Cons

Upper management turnover every year. Team members that sleep with the District Executives get undeserved promotions without any experience. lots of bullying by management to the point of harassment.

Pros

Good compensation, life/work balance and overall friendly and supportive co-workers.

Cons

Several rounds of leadership changes has created a very unstructured company culture, where the job and role responsibilities are not defined, which creates confusion in career development.

Pros

salary is ok Insurance plans are good compared to other banks.

Cons

worse place to work. Sales goals are unrealistic. They do not treat employees with respect. They treat employees like 2 year old .They do not allow employees to think for themselves or make any decisions. No chance for advancement. They hire outside the bank instead of promoting from within. They squeeze everything they can from employees
