      They don't take care of their long term employees . No paid maternity leave and Benefits could be cheaper.

      Pros

      Great co workers, loved working from home. Company pays well and fun national sales meetings. They had pretty good benefits too.

      Cons

      My manager was a micromanager. She was always monitoring me closely and always checking in with me even though I was one of the top performers. She hires a lot of her friends or relatives but she even fired one of her relatives. There are currently two managers over the team now. You want the him,not the her.

      More relaxed environment than at a larger bank. Corporate office locations in Boston and Providence in addition to New York City

      Cons

      Lack of organization, challenged IT and constant changing of the guard at the executive level make for instability and an inefficient environment.
