Pros

With 4 major locations in the US, you have flexibility to transfer offices

Cons

Leadership has been a disaster the last 2 years. The classic saying of underpaid and overworked can easily be applied to Santander which is why there is such a high turnover rate. It’s also why it’s becoming more common to be juggling 2+ projects at the same time because they are short staffed. There is zero work culture and the company is behind when it comes to change and innovation. If you’re someone who loves to be micromanaged and underpaid, then Santander is the right fit for you!
