Small company with start-up mind set, people are well connected with each other

- No Worklife balance - Polices and process sucks - You will hardly find any inspiring leaders or people setting in top walking their talk - Strategies are very short term and focus is on only immediate results at cost of anything - No meritocracy or clarity on expectation from you. Very perception driven and completely subjective assessment
