1. Very much open 2. Most of the projects are development projects. 3.Timing is very flexible. 4. Good paymaster 5.Everybody involved in almost all the phases of the project, 6. Good On-site opportunity.

Cons

1. The work pressure is very high. 2. People used to work more than 16 hours a day. 3. They works almost all the weekends. 4. For getting promotion you have to very close with your manager. 5. Project management people are very inefficient.
