      Good pay, easy work, no micromanaged, overtime easy to pick up, promote from within mostly

      Cons

      Inconsistent Scheduling, finding the week of when you work and not everyone in management and Hr and on the same page. Lower status employees taken advantage of requiring last minute overtime, etc
