I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I came here as a temp no where near having the field experience. The managers have taking me under their wings and I have blossomed. The team is very knowledgeable and very friendly.

Cons

Wish we could get more vacation time and not have to wait until we got the 5 year mark.

No politics but can be stale at times

Pros

Everyone is there to work, and go home, because of this people don't get too wrapped up in the politics at work. Hourly pay bases are already determined since the company is unionized, so everyone is payed at the same rate for the same job/ length they have been in that position, which makes everything fair.

Cons

On the flip side of the office not having any politics, it is a very quiet office. No one mingles often and the days can seem very long because everyone sticks to their cubicles.
