Pros

Great atmosphere , kind , understanding and effective management . I grew intrinsically at this time of my life . There was respect and always opportunities to be part of the community at the property.

Cons

There were times that my leasing consultant coworker was able to take a lead I had been working on for a while . I did it like that the manager approved of that but it's a grey area.

Growth opportunities, great benefits for individuals (not families), decent pay, investment in employee growth, training programs, friendly upper management.

Cons

The new commission structure is not as motivating for leasing consultants.
