Pros

Excellent Benefits, Bonuses Paid on each paycheck unlike other companies that pay once a month. My experience with the Regional Managers that I worked with was positive. Both were personable, caring and empowering.

Cons

Upper management does a poor job fully supporting its staff and being accountable You'll wait a long time before getting recognition for a job well done if you deserve it.
