This is an awesome company to work for. I only left because my husband received a better job offer further than driving distance to Sargento.

Cons

There really wasn't anything about Sargento that I did not like.

Great family owned company to work for. Good benefits and career planning. Work hard, continue your education and it is easy to get promoted.

Difficult to have work-life balance in Maintenance (but this is all companies)
