Pros

No politics, World class company and great people. Lou and Louie are great leaders. Focus on work life balance. Your ability to get a great review requires you to be engaged positively with your community and to give back. Leaders and employees are visibly present in their community and feel good about their contributions to others. The Campus in Plymouth is second to none.

Cons

Admittedly a small town, but with that comes people that are caring and extend themselves.

Management truly loves the employees and want everyone to do well. Management goes above and beyond the call of duty to do right by their employees.
