Ability to develop cross-functional skills. Strong strategic planning process and discipline. Ability to develop best-in-class marketing and leadership skills. Strong benefits.

Cons

Poor progression speed. Overly analytical/low risk tolerance. Low empowerment. Poor sustainability. Inauthentic brand; doesn’t make cheese and sells processed cheese. Strong bias towards on-site work requires living in small/rural towns or face a long commute.
