Professional development opportunities are plenty, and very generous in benefits. The company can be an excellent place to fulfill professional passions and is overall aggressive in its pursuit of improvements.

Cons

Accountability at the immediate management level is sometimes lacking. Disconnect can occur from line level employees through to senior management.

Sargento pays very well and I feel that upper management does all that is possible to connect with employees and work with them and their specific needs.

Cons

Our supervisors do not reward us for doing a good job, or notice an extra effort that is put into our daily tasks.
