Pros

Work/Life balance. I have the freedom to put the needs of my family first without ever compromising my opportunity for professional growth within the organization. This company really does treat each and every one of its employees like family!

Cons

It can be cold in Wisconsin in the winter, but winter sports such as sledding, down hill and cross country skiing make the cold more tolerable. I even look foward to snow.

Pros

No politics, World class company and great people. Lou and Louie are great leaders. Focus on work life balance. Your ability to get a great review requires you to be engaged positively with your community and to give back. Leaders and employees are visibly present in their community and feel good about their contributions to others. The Campus in Plymouth is second to none.

Cons

Admittedly a small town, but with that comes people that are caring and extend themselves.
