Nice facilities well maintained, on site health and wellness center, excellent flexibility for corporate staff. People genuinely care. Lots of changes... good and bad.

Cons

If you’re not local, you’ll never fit in. Benefits and flexibility at corporate are created by the hard work and scrimping of the production people that are not appreciated. Behind other food industries in lean, six sigma, quality, and food safety.
