Nice facilities. Spends money to buy the right tools and ensure the equipment functions well.

Cons

This place is a sinking ship. From afar, it appears that she's holding an even keel because the seas it rests upon are so calm. But, if you look closely, you can see cracks developing in the hull. Those cracks are formed by the middle management who tell Louie they have Sargento's best interest at heart while deviously plotting their own career paths. Also, by placing an incompetent manager in charge of their newest products they've placed their future in the hands of a bully. The place will be sold to Kraft in the next 10 years. It's going to take that long to knock down something built by a true leader as strong as Leonard.
