Fantastic company with great family values. The company continues to grow but they still make sure that the employees are priority number one.

Cons

No downsides. I couldn't picture myself working anywhere else.

It's a very caring, compassionate company that treats the employees like family. Great co-workers, rewarding work and lots of opportunity for growth (both corporately and individually).

This is an awesome company to work for. I only left because my husband received a better job offer further than driving distance to Sargento.

Cons

There really wasn't anything about Sargento that I did not like.
