Pros

Working in the communication team, everyone was very friendly. The company cares about its employees and makes room for fun activities, even company-wide. I was given lots of opportunities to learn more about external communications and write my own content. The remote work on Mondays and Fridays was amazing and helped with my work/life balance.

Cons

An internship does not necessarily lead to a full time offer. This could be seen as a con, or just neutral. I know some interns who eventually got full time jobs, but just not immediately.

Pros

Great benefits, Great senior/executive leadership

Cons

Many managers and directors are not capable of properly leading. This is evident throughout the office.

Pros

Decent pay, ok people, alot of free giveaways (seems rigged though)

Cons

The pay is great, but everyone gets the same no matter how hard they work or how much they know, NEVER make a mistake you'll lose your job, they don't appreciate anybody unless you are part of their management team or family. They claim it's a sargento family, nothing of the sort. They suspend you for things other people have done and physically walk you out the door in front of everyone when you are getting suspended or fired. You work, work, work. Lots of mandatory overtime, especially in the winter. Requests off are limited unless you've been there for a long time because pto is entered early for seniority. So if you want the 4th of July off, good luck. You get written up for everything, even if you've been there 2 weeks. They are constantly watching you and pointing out your faults and rarely do they give you compliments. You have to go above and far beyond along with taking on tasks you don't get paid for but others do to even be noticed. The same people win the little drawing they have and it always seems to be office workers or corporate, especially the expensive prizes. Just BE AWARE, you do not have job security at this place. You are expendable and easily replaced and they make you aware of that. Watch your back because they will run to management if you do anything they don't like.
