      Laser focused on culture and continuous improvement

      Pros

      The overall culture of this company is the best I've seen in my career so far. The company nurtures the culture and leads with actions, not just empty words. Aside from culture, benefits are amazing, again the best I've seen so far. The 3rd pro I would say is the flexibility to be accommodating. This is a fun, tight-knit company to work for.

      Cons

      For me, cons are either from lack of communication, and/or lack of leadership. The leadership and communication in my department is great and it's a pleasure to work along side upper management. From my view I have no cons to point out, but if things start changing for the worse in the future I will make an edit to this review.

      Pros

      Sasser has a great culture amongst all areas of the company. Cross-functional teams and cross-business unit teams also have strong bonds together. There are always fun events that gives everyone a chance to catch up with people from any area of the organization. Great group of people, which makes it a great place to work! Everyone is willing to learn new things and grow with the company.

      Cons

      Growing pains...with the rapid growth the company has experienced over the recent years, there have been growing pains to navigate culture-wise, infrastructure-wise, etc.
