      Pros

      Sasser has a great culture amongst all areas of the company. Cross-functional teams and cross-business unit teams also have strong bonds together. There are always fun events that gives everyone a chance to catch up with people from any area of the organization. Great group of people, which makes it a great place to work! Everyone is willing to learn new things and grow with the company.

      Cons

      Growing pains...with the rapid growth the company has experienced over the recent years, there have been growing pains to navigate culture-wise, infrastructure-wise, etc.

      Pros

      I have worked for several companies throughout my career, but none of them have made me feel like a part of a family like Sasser does. The culture is what makes Sasser different, and better. I feel like my opinion matters, and my work is valued. That is all that I can ask for from a company.

      I don't have any negative feedback to provide as my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.
