      Excellent company - for so many reasons!

      Pros

      Sasser offers a lot of opportunity to learn new things. There is always a focus on continuous improvement and leadership is very supportive of new ideas. Majority of employees are friendly, trustworthy and respectful. The company compensates well and very fairly. Overall an outstanding culture where you are valued and appreciated. I love my team - they actually do care about our employees and don't just say it and consistently give 100% to make it a great place to work. The benefits are also amazing!

      Cons

      Although there are opportunities to advance and grow, as a small to mid size company career trajectory may not be the same or as quick as it would be at a larger company.

      Laser focused on culture and continuous improvement

      Pros

      The overall culture of this company is the best I've seen in my career so far. The company nurtures the culture and leads with actions, not just empty words. Aside from culture, benefits are amazing, again the best I've seen so far. The 3rd pro I would say is the flexibility to be accommodating. This is a fun, tight-knit company to work for.

      Cons

      For me, cons are either from lack of communication, and/or lack of leadership. The leadership and communication in my department is great and it's a pleasure to work along side upper management. From my view I have no cons to point out, but if things start changing for the worse in the future I will make an edit to this review.
