      Pros

      Amazing company to work for. Starting at the top, Sasser really values their employees. Sasser values employee input and treats everyone as equals

      The benefits are mid to fairly good.

      Cons

      There is little room for advancement and almost no diversity. Very few minorities and only a few women in leadership roles.

      There really are none! You will work Hard though but it is appreciated!
