      Pros

      Great field staff, some people care. Clients and properties the company services are impressive. You will learn by doing, not through training.

      Cons

      The company is tool to do one thing, make the owner wealthy. Nothing is genuine, even these reviews. In order to improve these reviews the company has forced staff to post positive things about the company. Candidates should run as fast as you can away from this place.

      I worked in the Larchmont office when they first opened. I family member in the main office treated every one like they were beneath her. Don't work there!

      There are no cons. My dad was dying and I had to take time off so they fired me

      Pros

      Some of the things I like best about SavATree are: always looking to improve the way things are done, you want to learn you will be trained, out on the road you are you own boss, opportunity to make extra money through overtime and sales, attendance bonus for every week you work 40 hours money gets put into an account and paid out around Christmas, Thanksgiving gift card to all employees to help with the cost of Thanksgiving dinner, 401K, lots of benefits to choose from - choose the right plan for you.

      Cons

      No job is perfect. working in the rain sometimes is no fun, but needs to be done at times.
