Management is aggressive and hostile. Toxic work environment. If you do not take the abuse and confront the bully, they will terminate you. Run, dont walk - AWAY - from ANY job opportunity at this company.

The leadership at this company is horrible. They are extremely political and if you make suggestions, they don't listen and don't care. They have pushed all the Recruiters out due to new management. Militant type of leadership, instilling fear. Benefits are not good and most doctors don't accept it. They are growing too quickly and charge too much for services.
