      Pros

      I have been working for SavATree for over a year and its amazing to see how much the company has evolved in the last year alone. We are in acquisitive growth mode which is exciting because it creates new opportunities, challenges and encourages professional growth. I am always so impressed by how much wealth of knowledge and passion our employees bring to the company. I have learned so much from our employees and have cheered them on as they continue to grow with SavATree. This truly is a company where individuals and careers thrive!

      Pros

      I look forward to waking up every morning and going to work. Even though I work for a corporate company, I do not feel like I work for one. Our Springfield branch works like a family and when we all come together as a team we make magic happen.

      Depending on the person, it does not bother me, may bother someone else. During the growing season there are some long hour days.

      Savatree is a national company with the ability to develop a career. Not just a job. It's 28+ branches are bound to have a selfish non empathetic employee or so. If you want to work for a Mom + Pop shop with no rules, no guidelines, no security and no benefits, this is not the place for you. If you want to work for a company who strives to be better every day, come work here. Be part of a team who is getting better every day. If you have no motivation but a paycheck, stay away. If you work hard, are motivated to succeed and respect others, this is the place for you
