      Pros

      Health insurance is good. Yearly travel to NY.

      Cons

      They only care about corporate employees and branch management. Office personnel and crews are ignored. No growth unless you are a robot with a few degrees. Branch management was horrible. All they care about is sales.

      Great Potential, Tough Reality

      Pros

      SavATree is a great company to work with that is, on a high level, focused on growth and expansion. Working with passionate people is great, and makes me excited to go to work everyday.

      Cons

      Corporate seems to struggle with closing the loop on initiatives, and corporate teams are stretched incredibly thin. Not sure why we aren't growing the infrastructure to match all the exciting growth happening at the branch level.

      Pros

      There is so much growth happening with this company, and that's what made me want to join the team. I work with high performing people who are experts in world of Arboriculture. There is a LOT to learn which can sometimes feel overwhelming, but overall it's all for my benefit and I know those challenges will only help me grow my skill set. Lots of responsibility, lots of challenges, and a chance to actually make an impact and have my voice heard and opinions received are what make SavATree unique. I'm confident in saying that joining SavATree was (and will continue to be) a great career move for me.

      Cons

      It's not a con- but with the level of growth this company is experiencing, there are a lot of moving parts and frequent change. As long as you're open to change and willing to learn new things, any opportunity at this company is great!
