All the bad reviews are true. This company thinks they are a top quality premium company. Reality they are over priced run of the mill There is a claim to standards. The standard is whatever we can get away with. Training is a joke. You have three types of employees. New hires full of promises of working for a high quality company. Next are those who feel stuck. They hate the job but stay hoping tomorrow will be different. And then we have the ones who are so clueless they think every stupid whim is the greatest idea ever or they actually have drank so much kool aid they really believe how great the company is. Any one else is either fired or were smart enough to get out. Do not trust anyone. Do not believe any thing anyone in management either branch or upper level. Sales are trained to lie and management has it as a requirement. So many problems could go on and on. If you care at all about your personal life do not even use this company as a stepping stone.

Bunch of bean counters...senior team are a bunch of uncaring money grubbing thieves. I’ve come to realize that it’s now only about profits ....we can’t hire anyone, the equipment is always breaking down, The company is a ticking time bomb. So sad, the company, before being sold, had so many possibility’s, now it’s only about pocketing money . Benefits are awe full, pay raises poor. Can you imagine someone working 30 years for a company and only getting 3 weeks off per year when your average work week is 60 hours. Health insurance is self insured, doctors don’t want any part of it and it’s a paperwork nightmare. Measly contribution of “up to “ $1000/ year.
