Pros

I get to be on the road doing what I like to do and not stuck in the office with a boss that has no ethics or standards

Cons

Manager and Arborists do not care about customer service. Obviously they will say they do but actions speak louder than words. Materials go missing so that so some can perform their side work and then we get blamed for over using product or material we are suppose to have does not get ordered because we are over our budget for materials so we have to make do with what we have even though it is a violation of state regulations
