The Office Manager for this particular branch of SavATree was, by far, one of the best managers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She was fair and insistent while also maintaining a semi-relaxed work environment. The team of other Arborist Assistants at the location was a fantastic team. I hated to leave this position but had to at the time.

Cons

The only cons would really be the issues and "requirements" that came down the pipeline from higher up in the company. Per the unfortunate standard, the corporate officers were completely detached, dry, and often unfair in their expectations, especially for the salary range.

Can be exhausting, says they don’t require OT or weekends upon interview but they basically do, pay is too little to make up for the strenuous work dah
