4yWe would like to begin by inviting you to identify yourself to HR since so many of your observations are inconsistent with what we see working in the business every day. Safety is a top priority with daily safety huddles and weekly safety meetings for all field crews. Initial training for field specialists is a two week process for those that are new to the industry followed up by periodic ongoing training as necessary. Our employees do not wear masks because we intentionally do not use any products that require a respirator to be worn. Our crew members prefer to bring their own water supply with them, and most branches have an ice dispenser available for crews. Every truck is required to have bottles of eye wash, spill kits and state-of-the-art equipment for safety and efficiency, and all label requirements are followed to the letter.
