We are fortunate that our Talent Acquisition team is growing in leaps and bounds, they all work remotely and we haven’t heard these concerns. We are very thoughtful on how we integrate acquired businesses, and even have a special Gallup Change Management Survey designed to make sure that we are addressing all acquired team member needs.
