Within save a tree, there's a fantastic safety culture. From what I've heard, it really depends on management.

Little oversight or micro-management get to work outdoors

Cons

The manager is highly belligerent. The company would rather you do a fast, sloppy job rather than actually take care of the clients. The branch is knowingly spreading spotted lantern fly to clients' properties. I really wish that I could put in 0 stars for culture and values.
