Most employees actually care about the company and work really hard.

Cons

Everything about management. The continuous improvement is killing this company. This is a tree service company, not some high end glass building company where ties are needed. Management pushed this down everyones throat, yet the don't follow there own rules. Very unfair. They are waisting everyones time by having management meetings on what field people are doing. Why not ask them or go into the field instead of having management spend their whole day or days figuring out something so stupid? Spend more money on food, gas, and the money field people make for the company so you can sit on your butts and talk about something you have no idea about. Then once a decision is made, the people who disagree won't touch it, very childish. Business isn't doing as well as management wants it to be. Pushing everyone to get better and be more robotic doing everything in a standard way. People want to be special not just a number and we are losing clients because of this. Management also doesn't care about the 20% minority. If you don't make the 80% we won't help you since you aren't in the majority and a waste of their time.
